Individual Athlete training

Our sports performance gym training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of your sport. We help athletes of all levels fix weaknesses, decrease injury risk, build strength, increase power and speed, get fitter.

All Athletes that want to train with us must attend our no sweat intro. This is a 20min intro meeting where we discuss your Performance goals and needs. This can be either a Face to Face, telephone or Zoom call.  From here we both decide which is the best option for you. 

Option 1: 

Train Online - Athletic Performance Plan 

This plan we customize for you and the equipment you have available. Here you go it alone and we have weekly check-ins to keep you on track.

Option 2:

Train in Our Facility (no plan)

Here you can join our facility and do your own training. you may have your own Plan from your S&C Coach. We have the perfect premises to allow you to get the best out of your training. 

Option 3:

Train in Our Facility Athletic Performance Plan

Here you can join our facility and we provide you with an Athletic Performance Plan. We monitor you daily and change things up as needed. This plan gets the best results for our athletes.
